Analog diaries

The intimate photographic recording of a video project that kept ourselves busy for the past three years. We aim to share the off camera vision that we developed alongside filming. It wasn’t our world, and after being immersed by a combination of circumstances, it clearly became part of our lives.

We had no obvious reason to be there but at the same time we chose not to be anywhere else. The Vert’, the mega, the ramp… The community gravitating around the two face to face walls relies on skateboarders who take care and support each other. It is the key for their discipline to last and to be transmitted to others. They welcomed us in their backyards and during competitions, they made us understand and experience their lifestyle.

There is a lot in this book, but after all, it comes down to skateboarding and friends.
